After some experience as a student of Yoga, I decided to take Yogi Hari’s teacher’s training course. Spending five weeks at the Ashram, made me realize that I obtained much more than a teaching certification. I received one of the most life-changing experiences in my life… and fell in love with Sampoorna Yoga, the Yoga of Fullness. I am forever thankful to Yogi Hari, Guruji, for teaching me that Yoga is much more than a physical practice, but a lifestyle.
It is a true blessing to be able to teach Yoga, because I've experienced it for myself and have seen—in my students—how it can help you live a better life; filled with health and peace of mind. That’s why I teach it. That’s why I practice it.
I also love to dance, sing and cook. My motto is: SHARE SHARE SHARE! Share and teach what I’ve learned with whoever may be interested. I believe that there is a teacher in each person I know; a Master in each situation, no matter how hard it seems to be. Life is a big classroom. Someone and something is always teaching us free lessons about how to be a better human being! So I do my best to be aware, to learn and to enjoy every experience life has to offer.
I am so grateful to be part of ONE YOGA FOUNDATION and for the opportunity to help spread the beautiful practice of Yoga to everyone. I truly believe in this project. It's a big loving family who cares and is committed to make a difference. Come and feel that beautiful energy in any of the parks!
Om Shantih, Peace, Peace, Peace
