Profession: Classical & Jazz Acoustic and Electric Bassist (30yrs.)

Performed, Toured and or recorded with: Richie Havens, Chaka Khan, Jimmy Buffett, KC and the Sunshine Band, Jon Secada, Julio Iglesias, Raul Di Blasio, Donato & Estefano, Charytin and many other artists. I am still performing here in S. Florida in various musical settings.

Employment: Currently teaching string instruments ( violin,cello, double bass) and music at The Pine Crest School in Boca Raton. I’ve been at this full time position since 2005.

Yoga: My yoga practice began on a consistent level 4yrs. ago. I have practiced Sampoorna Yoga since being introduced to my guru Shri Yogi Hari 11/2 years ago. I completed the 200 hr. Teacher Training course at Yogi Hari’s ashram on the 2nd of July 2010. I will be returning to the ashram this July (2011) for the 300hr. Advanced Teacher Training Course. I maintain a daily practice of meditation and asana and a vegetarian diet. I do not smoke, drink alcohol or take any type of drugs. I have taught classes over the past year for my fellow musicians and colleagues’ from school.

The One Yoga Foundation is an amazing opportunity for both yoga instructors and yoga seekers alike. It is my desire to help bring yoga into as many peoples lives as possible.
